Personal Training- $75/hour, $50/half-hour

Reach your goals with a personalized health and fitness program designed for your specific needs through personal guidance, motivation and instruction.

Partner Training- $45/person/hour, $25/person/half-hour

Grab a partner for extra motivation! Couples training is an excellent way to spend quality time and share a healthy experience. 

Group Training (3-5 members)- $35/person/hour

Enjoy an energetic fitness experience with your closet friends, family or co-workers.
